Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Govt has finalized the package for farmers under AP Capital city Amaravati land pooling scheme for assigned lands.  Municipal secretary Ajay Jain has issued orders regarding this. Package for Assigned land farmers has been delayed. Compensation to the assigned land farmers is on-par with patta farmers based on nature of the land. Earlier CRDA has announced annual cash payment of Rs.50k, Rs.30k for jareebu and dry lands respectively for 10 years.

(i) All the assignments made to Ex-serviceman / Political sufferers / Freedom Fighters and the purchases made before or after a period of 10 years from the date of assignment shall be allotted per acre as follows:
                                                                  Dry                 Jareebu/ Semi urban
                                       Residential  1000 Sq.Yds   1000 Sq.Yds
                                      Commercial  200 Sq.Yds    450 Sq.Yds
(ii) All the assignments made prior to G.O.Ms.No. 1142, Revenue Department, Dt. 18-06-1954, irrespective of classification of land which includes de-reserved forest, shall be allotted per acre as follows:
                                                                Dry                 Jareebu/ Semi urban
                                       Residential  1000 Sq.Yds   1000 Sq.Yds
                                      Commercial  200 Sq.Yds    450 Sq.Yds
(iii) All the Assignments made after 18-06-1954, shall be allotted per acre as follows:

                                                                 Dry              Jareebu/ Semi urban
                                       Residential  800 Sq.Yds   800 Sq.Yds
                                      Commercial  100 Sq.Yds   200 Sq.Yds

(iv) All lands alienated to others are deemed to have been resumed to Government and the ryots who are cultivating the lands as Sivaijamadars shall be allotted per acre as follows:

                                                               Dry                 Jareebu/ Semi urban
                                       Residential  500 Sq.Yds   500 Sq.Yds
                                      Commercial  50 Sq.Yds    100 Sq.Yds
Annuity –Nil —

(v) Eligible encroachers in un-objectionable Government Lands as on 08-12-2014 shall be allotted per acre as follows:

                                                               Dry                 Jareebu/ Semi urban
                                       Residential  500 Sq.Yds   500 Sq.Yds
                                      Commercial  50 Sq.Yds    100 Sq.Yds
(vi) Eligible encroachers in objectionable Government Lands as on 08-12-2014 shall be allotted per acre as follows:

                                                                Dry                 Jareebu/ Semi urban
                                       Residential  250 Sq.Yds   250 Sq.Yds
                                      Commercial   Nil                Nil

Annuity –Nil —

The benefit of yearly payment of Rs. 30,000/- for Dry Land and Rs.50,000/- for Jareebu land shall be extended only to landowners who surrendered their lands and continue to hold returnable developed plots. Proportionate payment shall be made if part of developed plots are alienated.
